General Terms and Conditions for Hotel Vouchers
- The contract is concluded between the customer and “Golden Hill Besitz- und Verpachtungs GmbH”.
- .Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Each voucher can only be redeemed once.
- All vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period. The respective price list at the time of booking applies. Any price increase that has occurred in the meantime must be paid.
- Should the value of the service claimed be less than the voucher value, then you will receive another gift voucher for the outstanding amount. The outstanding amount cannot be redeemed in cash.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed subject to availability. Vouchers for private dining and hot air ballooning can only be redeemed as part of a Golden Hill stay (minimum of stay 3 nights).
- The voucher is only valid after full payment.
- Proof of taxation can only be provided at the time of the actual performance of the service (VAT Act).
- The contract is subject to Austrian law.
- Place of jurisdiction is Leibnitz, Austria.
- The hotel assumes no liability for delays in delivery.
- The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply to reservations and bookings of stays at Golden Hill as follows: Cancellation Policy for chalet or loft accommodation: Something can always come up... If you cancel your booked holiday stay, you are welcome to give us the name of a replacement or we will do our utmost to let your holiday chalet to someone else. The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply with the following modification: In case of a postponement or cancellation up to 1 month before your arrival we charge 40% of the total price; if you postpone or cancel 30 days or less before your arrival or in case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booking amount. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled accommodations are fully or partially rebooked. Cancellations are only possible in writing. With travel cancellation insurance, your cancellation costs will be refunded so that you can conveniently book Golden Hill Holiday Happiness at another time.
- Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from the concluded contract within a period of seven working days. The withdrawal period begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract, whereby Saturdays do not count as working days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the execution of the service has already started within the withdrawal period as agreed.
